Bookings can be made online or by phone depending on what service you are booking. Cancelations HAVE to be made 24hrs before our scheduled appointment. Full payment is due on the day of our service, through either card or cash. Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you are running late by 5-10minutes please notify the team so we are aware, or your appointment will be rescheduled. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions or sensitivities before your service. We are not liable for reactions if you fail to disclose this information. Refunds are not offered on services. We may offer a credit for future services in certain situations. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason. We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for booking and communication purposes.
